I’ve teamed up with Teami Blends to try out their 30-day skinny tea detox and bring you along on my journey to good health. I’m a firm believer that Teami Blends works; I’ve heard the success stories and had a chance to experience what I could myself. This isn’t my first rodeo with Teami blends. In fact, this is my second time giving this tea another go. To be upfront and honest with everyone, my first detox was quite unsuccessful. While I was on Teami Blends a couple of months ago, I noticed that I was able to maintain my current weight without adding on the extra pounds, which was nice, however I never got the chance to reach my goals because I didn’t give this system a good enough chance to reap the real benefits. I was eating crap, not exercising, and like a fool, I was expecting to get fit! Lesson learned, people! This is not a “magical” tea that helps you melt off the weight; it’s a common misconception that many people make by mistake. Instead Teami Blends boosts up energy and metabolism, removes bodily impurities and toxins, and helps decrease bloating, a feeling I fall victim to every single day. Coffee mug c/o Ankit
Now that I’m giving Teami another chance, here are some of my goals and expectations for the next couple weeks:
- I feel bloated after every single meal, and let me tell, it’s not the most comfortable feeling in the world and sometimes it can be down right painful. Therefore, I expect to have a decrease in bloating especially after meals. Today is my 3rd day of drinking the tea and I’m already feeling 10x better.
- I’ve lost myself over the past couple months especially since I’ve been going out and drinking a lot, eating out more than before, and with my full-time job, I haven’t been able to hit the gym as hard as I used to. One of my goals for the next couple weeks is to incorporate better nutrition into my diet and dedicate at least 3 days out of the week to exercise.
- In addition to numero dos, sadly I’ve also fallen off the train and gained some unwanted inches around my waistline, aka love handles. I am currently at a size 27, which doesn’t seem so horrible to some, but for my petite frame and stature, it’s definitely not where I started and not what I want to continue to be. With that being said, another goal of mine is to return back to my old frame of 25 in. I can’t promise whether I can do that within the next couple weeks, but I do aim to tone up my mid-frame and get smaller!
I’m so excited to share this Teami journey with all of you guys! I hope this will inspire you all to get fit and stay healthy too. Use my code “Eda10” to get your teatox on at Teami Blends.
