Spring is here and I’m busting out a fresh new take on one of my shamelessly overused outfits: the Canadian Tuxedo. My flared jeans don’t get enough love as they should, but come Spring, I always make sure to dust them off and bring them back to life.

Fun Fact: The sequin popcorn patch on my top actually serves as a shirt pocket. Nifty, right? I love basic tees because they go with absolutely everything, but a statement feature such as this brings a whole different vibe to the table.
“She doesn’t need the excessive amount of obnoxious flowers gathering around her head to justify her sense of free-spiritedness.”
Aside from the typical bohemian frocks everyone loves to rock during the Spring, I decided to change gears and channel my “edgy hippie” instead.
The Edgy Hippie (as I have currently termed this look) is the embodiment of the Rock n’ Roll loving wild child. She’s the one who tosses her floral crown to the side because she doesn’t need the excessive amount of obnoxious flowers gathering around her head to justify her sense of free-spiritedness. She’s the badass babe amongst all other flower children trading her girly boho garb for a rad pair of platforms and bell-bottoms of course.
On another note, I love consignment shops, especially ones I find online because between going to school, work, and finding time to blog, I’m human; I get so lazy that I just find online consignment boutiques the most convenient. Whether buying or selling, Snobswap offers some of the best prices off designer items. Yes, guys, designer items without the designer price. Explore the website and more.
