“I can easily go from lounging around at home to a night on the town without having to sacrifice any sense of comfort and style.
You guys know me, my whole life revolves around baggy clothes. They’re perfect to wear for lounging around and easy to dress up when needed. In between going to school, work, and shooting outfits for my blog, I am always on the go so it’s completely necessary for me to be comfortable at all times.
In collaboration with JCPenney and Chictopia via @ChictopiaConnect (http://chtp.co/1yt1Tr3), I decided to style these Banded Cuff-Soft Pants by a.n.a. (http://jcp.is/1I1JJlV) which in turn are the perfect closet staple for my busy lifestyle. I love me a good black pant that seamlessly works with everything in my wardrobe. And when I say “everything,” I truly mean everything. These pants go well with all my comfy graphic tees for a more casual look and crop tops for those funky outfits as well. I can easily go from lounging around at home to a night on the town without having to sacrifice any sense of comfort and style.
“I’m not interested in being liked.” – Alexander McQueen
On an added note, despite the rule that you should never wear black on sunny days (a rule I never care to follow anyways), the material is so breathable and extremely lightweight that I can easily see myself rocking them well into the summer. Paired with your favorite crop tops or relaxed tees, these pants give off a vibe that is altogether stylish but effortless.
“I’m not interested in being liked,” as said by the infamous Alexander McQueen himself. I decided to go down the punk-vintage-rebellious route and add some rockabilly flavor into my outfit. With the DIY leather vest, patches, and red bandanna scarf, I love an outfit that’s edgy and tough, but with some added heels (such as these SM Pixi sandals http://jcp.is/1Kyc8hG), it brings together a healthy mix of masculine and feminine details in the most harmonious manner. Together with my a.n.a Soft Pants, it goes from relaxed cool to tough and edgy with a modern twist.
